We started with peas and have now moved to carrots. She loves them!!
As you see we made a mess, but she enjoyed it.


Marleigh is trying to be such a big girl and time seems to going so fast. We are enjoying every minute with her. Love to everyone

Today Marleigh is 5 months old. She is growing so fast and changes daily. You have seen the introduction to rice cereal and it never really got any better. I thought I would try feeding her something new. I tried peas and she loves them. She will eat the rice cereal but only with added applesauce. She is so much like her Aunt Missy who has always loved peas!!
I cannot believe I am already feeding her fruits and veggies.It is amusing to watch her learn to eat from a spoon.
She is such a sweetie and we are enjoying evey minute with her.

Anniversary

Today Mark and I celebrate our 1 year anniversary. We had our first night away from Marleigh and yes I survived! Thank you Missy, Matt and Maymie for taking such good care of her.
Mark surprised me with a romantic evening planned in Nashville. We had dinner at The Melting Pot and stayed in a hotel downtown. It was a wonderful evening to celebrate and remember our special day. I made a show of the wedding to share with you. We are thankful for everyone who was able to be a part of that perfect day. It truly was beautiful!
